Amtrak, Ann Arbor reach agreement on $4.6M tunnel pathway under railroad

ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor has reached an agreement with Amtrak for a tunnel pathway the city plans to build under the railroad between Bandemer Park and Barton Nature Area.
