WHERE: Huron River Dr Bridge, over the Huron River, between River Pines Dr and Wagner Rd Tubbs and the Railroad crossing in Scio Township
WHY: Bridge preventative maintenance
BACKGROUND: On Tuesday, May 30, 2023, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin bridge preventative maintenance project on the Huron River Dr Bridge, over the Huron River, between River Pines Dr and Wagner Rd Tubbs and the Railroad crossing in Scio Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to intermittent lane closures. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The bridge work is expected to take approximately two weeks. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
