Special Information for the Friday Sept 20th Ride:
AABTS Invited to Joe Datsko Memorial
The family of Joe Datsko cordially invites the members of the AABTS to attend his Memorial Ceremony and Celebration of Life at the First United Methodist Church on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024, at 2:30 pm. The church is located at the corner of State St, and Huron St.
Knowing how much he cherished riding along Huron River Drive, a few of the family members will join Joe's Breakfast Club Ride on Sept. 20 to give him (in urn of ashes) one final ride along that scenic stretch. It will be a Ukrainian variation of an Irish Wake. That afternoon his ashes will be interred at the church's Memorial Garden beside Doris, the love of his life, who the Lord called to be with Him on Valentine's Day, 2010.
