Ride from Old St. Patrick‘s Church to Independence Lake, and back, about 22-24 miles, depending upon route. Pass a llama farm on Gregory road. Rest stop, with bathrooms, at Independence Lake.
Canceled due to ride leader not available. Feel free to ride anyway!
Tonight‘s ride will be on the Lakeland Trail. We will start at the park and ride at 8 Mile and Lemen Road (665 Eight Mile Rd, Whitmore Lake, MI 48189)
The ride will be approximately 21 miles, with the option to add a couple miles at the end if the group desires. This trail is all paved, so road bikes will be fine, as well as hybrid or gravel bikes.
Tail lights and rear view mirror are always a good idea. Helmets are mandatory.
WE WILL ROLL OUT AT 6PM SHARP!
For those who are interested, we will head to Captain Joe‘s in Whitmore Lake after the ride for a drink and/or bite to eat. Join us if you can!
Check back as the day gets closer to make sure there are no weather issues.
This ride is geared toward women, but men are always welcome!
Barton Nature Area Parking Lot

Slightly hilly 48mi gravel ride to Sharon Mills County Park. This ride includes a few short stretches on asphalt roads so please be tail light appropriate. 15 minute rest stop at Sharon Mills which has modern bathrooms and picnic tables. Depending on wind, expect average speed at 12-14mph moving time. Will leave Marshall Park promptly at 10a. No facilities at Marshall Park. Please check back at this Ride Calendar to see if inclement weather has affected this ride. Thanks.
Aberdeen Bike and Outdoors
Ride the less-traveled roads West and North of Chelsea. Ride lengths vary from 20 miles early in the season up to 30+ mid-season. Depending on the number of riders, the attendees may make several stops during the ride to regroup or may divide into smaller groups of varying speeds. Many in the group meet in Chelsea area restaurants after for some dinner and socializing. Start Location occasionally changes so check the calendar for any updates.
Aberdeen Bike and Outdoors
Tuesday Dirt Ride. Rollout is at 6:15pm from the parking lot of Aberdeen Bike. Distance varies from 20 to 35 miles. The ride goes year round and is dependent on the weather conditions. Lights are mandatory for fall, winter and spring rides. Routes vary each week and the group will wait for those that are having a bad day.
I will send out an email on Sunday or Monday announcing the ride and ask that you respond if you are planning to ride.

Gravel Ride from Trinity Church to Dixbor and back, 18-20 miies, depending upon route. Rest stop at Dixboro United Methodist Church.
Kensington Metro Park - East Boat Launch-Upper Parking lot
Ride under I-96 to Island Lake and back to Kensington and around the west side of Kent Lake; optional ride to Milford for lunch at Americus Coney; then head back south around the east side of Kent Lake to the start for 30 miles; shortcut options. Cavanaugh Lake County Park
Meet at the Cavanaugh Lake Parking lot at in Chelsea. Ride to various weekly destinations on paved rode with stop at a diner. Kevin McGuinness (734-649-9762) Route will be posted prior to ride.

Aberdeen Bike and Outdoors
Ride starts Aberdeen at 6:00 p.m. Average speed 14-16 mph. Ride goes every Thursday evening. Ride will regroup a few times. You are responsible for your own navigation. I will send out route gps file on Wednesday. Email me if you wish me to send you the route(mmotowski@hotmail.com). Bring a chair, beverage, snack for post ride tailgate if you wish
Gravel Ride from Olson Park and back (about 17 miles), with rest stop at St. John‘s Evangical Lutheran Church, after steep, but short, ride up Earhart Hill. Also goats.
Delhi Metro Park
(park in the lot to the left of the toll booth.)
Due to construction at Barton Nature Area parking lot, this ride will start at Delhi Park until construction is completed.
Ride Friday morning to Dexter and Hudson Mills Metro Park. Pack a lunch or stop in Dexter for coffee or Breakfast. C, B, and A riders welcome. Distances up to riders, most common is Delhi Metro Park to Dexter Metro Park to Hudson Mills Metro Park with 2-loops for 28 miles. Others may start in Dexter and join the main group about 30 minutes after Delhi Metro Park start time. This option shortens the 2-loop ride to 18 miles.
Note there is a $10 daily fee or annual pass required for cars to enter the metro parks. Park elsewhere and ride your bike to the start in Delhi Metro Park if you do not want to buy a daily or annual park pass. Bikes are free.

Ride Saturday morning to Dexter (16 mi. RT) or Chelsea (32 mi. RT). Stop at Zous Zous in Chelsea for coffee and or snack. All riders welcome: B, C riders and A riders. Distances up to riders, most common is Barton Dam Parkinng lot to Chelsea , but riders may extend to what they want. Options include around Cavanuagh Lake (+10 mi) or trail north from Chelsea to North Territorial Road (+ 10 mi.) or loop to Waterloo and back on Rt. 52 or trail to Chelsea (+18). .
